Just messing around at the inlaw's tonight. It's a good way to avoid the mother in law. :rolleyes:

I was asking more to gauge how well the III handles at that ISO. I wouldn't call it cheating - the end justifies the means....always ;)

I understand and I agree. I think even the Mark III needs a little bit of help at 3200.

LOL, yeah, I was planning on going to the beach at sunset to try to get some bird shots when I was informed that I was having dinner at the in-laws. So I brought a camera and the 100 macro. DOH! I forgot to bring a macro-lite.
