I want to puchase a Samsung 215TW LCD monitor from them. I have never bought from them before. If they say they have it in-stock and it will ship on such and such a day, can I rely on them?

Normally I would buy from B&H, but it appears they do not carry this particular monitor.

sometimes there may be delays. when there is, you can usually contact them and they will offer some type of concession coupons (dell credit) for future purchases.
