I'm looking for a CULLMANN 20 AF flash for Canon. It's sold out @ Adorama (and Amazon) & B&H Photo Video. Is there any other place I can get one? Looking for a small bounce flash for my 5D and this may be it. Thx.

I believe this very same flash is also sold as the $60 Opteka FL50AF-C (external link) available at 47thSt Photo. Don't confuse this one with the TLL-only FL60AF which looks identical and is sometimes mislabeled as an ETTL flash. I used the FL60 with my TLL 35mm Canon - it was better than the onboard flash. Adorama or B&H used to carry a Metz branded version of the ETTL FL50AF but it cost twice as much for some reason.

Have you looked at the smallish Sunpak PZ40? Much more power and more features than the FL50AF.

Thx so much for this! 47thSt Photo charge a whopping USD $75+ for shipping to Canada. So, I'm thinking of paying a bit more and ordering from Opteka directly:

I'm not too crazy about the Sunpak as I really want something smaller than that. I already have a 430EX for midrange stuff. Cheers.

No worries.

$75 for shipping -- yikes!

Ah, you won't be using the Opteka FL50AF-C as your primary flash. That's good. As I mentioned, I've used the TTL version and found it better than the on-board flash but it really is only good for relatively close shots.

Yep, I only intend to use it as such. I'm a recent convert to Canon and I was using the Nikon SB-400 bounce flash with a similar guide #. So, the Opteka should be fine. Thanks again!
