They are moving north. I know of a few photogrphers who are shooting them in Spain and France.

Stunning set DT, my least favorite is the last one, I find it hasn't enough DOF. Pretty cool power of magnification though.

The price I pay for having to shoot at F8 to cut through some of the diffraction. The next time I find one that's cooperative I'll shoot it at 5x and a variety of apertures and post the results.

Great series, I'm very impressed, dragonfly are sometimes very difficult to shoot at 1x, so I'just can't imagine how difficult it is to get such shoot at 2x to 5x !
