Great clarity in the pic. I would clone out the twig on the left side of the image near the birds tail. I also think the image is slightly overcropped. I would show more of the perch the bird is on and see if that gives a better balance to the image.

I like the last one too. I still dont like the twig on the left by the tail, but I dont know how easy it would be to clone out.

I tried to PS the twig but it did not come out so good lol I think I need to read the book I bought to help me out with it :)

its right in my back yard :) there is a pond about 500ft long or so

it was there again most of today, its been coming here this time of the year since I have lived here which is 3yrs
