i wish to change the "artist" details on one camera and add the same to another ... anyone point me in the right direction ?

It's a little trick to find the menu to chance the settings, but the software manual will walk you through it or you can search the forum here and there are a number of threads that explain the process and what to look for. But there are 2 types of FireWire connectors - a big one with a tombstone-shaped cross-section and a small one like the one on your 1Ds. Does your computer have either one? Jon
