What is the best forum for framing info?

I have a wood working shop in my basement and have made a few frames, but now I want make maybe a couple of dozen.

I would like to learn about matting and find good prices on that cool photo glass.

I have been quoted $75. for a 24"x18" pane retail. I know I can do better than that.

Any suggestions?
