3 unknown insecs-What are they?

I wanted to name these 3 pics in my flick gallery but i dont know what there called..any idears guys?

1st off this thing at 4 x life size(1:4) which i know isnt as clear as it cold be but im getting there.any way heres pic..any idears?

2nd one looks like a shieldbug to me - I know the last one, but my mind has gone blank - we get loads of them round here.

#2 Shieldbug, #3 Soldier Beetle. #1 is a fly of course but you need expert to ID -you could look through galleries at diptera.info

#3 I always call em Clicker Bug(Grab em their head clicks back)

while you pros are here 1 more for u..whats this spider called..oh im ordering that book tomorrow so i will have better understanding of insects,.

Click beetles are a bit different that is a Soldier Beetle, Rhagonycha fulva.

After perusing BugGuide for a long time, the closest thing I could find for number 1 is a marsh fly. But usually marsh flies have red eyes so I dunno. You should submit it to BugGuide to be ID'd, it's a great photo.
