Desert Toad/Dragonfly 8 photos

The desert toad was found at work. I brought it home, placed it in the mini studio and shot a few images. I then took it out to the desert to release it. A few more photos of the toad and it was free to catch bugs.
One the way back to my car the dragonfly you see in the shots landed on a twig. I chased this thing around for about 1 hour. It would stay in about 30ft area...so...I got a few shots off at different angles.

Great series. I'd pick #1 of the dragon and #6 of the toad as my favourites.

#6 has great lighting and texture.

Great series Hatch the first shot is my fav dragon shot love the angle and the way its lit
My fav toad is the first one love the colour exp just right

WOWZA! You are the macro king! I always love your dragonflies and bugs..,.. And the toad is soooo cool! I really like him in his natural environment the best.. the white is neat, but having the rock and dirt in the background makes a much more interesting image. :)

#2 and #3 of the dragonfly shots are wonderful shots. Toad shots are excellent, #7 my fav of these.
