Thanks - think I would have liked it slightly lighter behind the stamen.

Thanks Brian - me too, really love them. Planted six more earlier this year but nothing happened with them, so will try again next year with more mature plants.

Thanks :) makes a change from insects, but not half as interesting lol.

Thanks - yes, very similar to hibiscus. Think I would prefer a different terminology to 'very good effort' - sounds like I made a hash of it lol.

Thanks Bill - I used to do a lot of flower shots, but I reckon insects really are far more interesting :)

Hiya Linda,

Lovely shot, like Alby this reminds me of a ' Fan Worm ' or maybe Medusa's snake like ' Tentacles '

Notice I was very careful with the spelling especially for you after my last little Faux-Pas

Cheers for now
Mark

Thanks Brian. Oh god yes, the 100mm - good job you said that, I only put the wrong lense info under the the pic on my gallery lol. Im so used to putting the 60mm under practically all of them lol. I cant remember now why I had the 100mm on, but it did a nice job of it.
