This laneway has been left for the city youth to paint as they like.

Some of these are good and the others are tags over tags

Thanks for the kind words, Yes it is Hosier lane, directly behind where I work, I have been watching the progress after the city graffiti removers went in and the better art started to appear.

Great shots. Has anyone ever noticed that those that do grafitti are actually pretty darn good artists? Just wondering...

Ive noticed that quite a bit. At least those that do the art type of graffiti are good artists. The ones that do the BS tagging and scribbling should be shot though IMHO.

I'm a big fan of doing that kind of powerful, in-your-face, iconic artwork. Stencils, spray paint, etc. But I've never been brave enough or selfish enough to spray it on someone's business.

Around where I live the businesses are privately owned and the town isn't that big, so I wouldn't feel right spraying someone's wall
