Hi First time posting in this section.

I have two photo's that I would like C&C on. Im not really sure what I was after with these, both taken at a 50th Wedding Aniversary.

First one, I like for the charactor and confidence shown in a face that has seen a bit of the world. Apologies for the composition as it really was a snap-shot.

The second is a young neice, a little bit pensive about following her older siblings.

I'm the sort of person who judges a photograph on appeal and not technical know how and I can tell you that I love both of these :) There's nothing wrong with the composition of the first one - a lovely candid.
The second one - well I just love it :)

Both have appeal - Both are in focus and color looks perfect - no Critic.

Thanks folks, my intention (well personal challange) is to have a photo in the next book. Another member suggested "People" as a catagory. It is a difficult one!!

I really like the 2nd one, its just a shame that you couldnt have got the grass a little higher or lower in the background as the line kind of chops her head off a bit. other than that great.
