My first macro with kenko tube

I've just got my kenko tubes. I did that on my lunch time at job

with my 50mm 1.8.

I will try it on my 70-300 this weekend, oh yeah! :)

I tried my 70-300 today. but my flash limit me to 1/200. Is a mounted flash will allow me to increase it to 1/700? I would like to buy the sigma 500dg super.
