The infamous Green Ants of Far North Queensland are renowned for their aggressiveness...

I've seen them take on small native honey bees before -- but never something this big.

They'd just wait on these flowers for any pollen eating insects to fly a long, than make their move -- in this case, this bee was the unlucky one.

I even recall a couple of them trying to 'take down' this Tapping Green Eyed Tree Frog, although they didn't have much luck... unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of them in the process.

...I was just suprised they were able to spot it. :)

Those are all really cool pictures, that's actually one of the very few frog photos that have impressed me. Nice job.

Excellent captures of some nasty ants, the frog capture is fantastic as well.
