Lord Lucan (or maybe Elvis) reported peeping through stairs ...

Supposedly dead and/or disappeared alleged 'celebrity' murderer Lord Lucan has allegedly been seen peeping, some report peering, through the cracks of some allegedly overgrown wooden stairs in affluent St Albans (tho' maybe it was Elvis alleged Doris Sponge, aged 86, of Lower Gumption Avenue in the fair city).

The alleged playboy Lord was allegedly last seen at 9.45pm on the night of 7th November 1974 fleeing an alleged murder scene ... if you have any further factual information to add to this report then please relay it post-haste to your local Bobby aka Constable.
