My first Dragonfly post ever.

On my dog walk today I snapped a emperor a little blown :-( and a black tailed chaser. I'm not too good with Dragonflies so if the ID's are wrong could you please correct me;)

I'm sure I can see a Hoverfly in the undergrowth.

You're not doing so bad Alby. Those two are very difficult dragonflies to get close to! Shot 2 is a black tailed skimmer

Thanks Eccles, I had the right df in the book just put chaser instead of skimmer. Thanks for the correction. :-)

Lovely shots Alby - at least you got some. I went on the dragonfly hunt yesterday, only saw 2 at a distance and that was it, very disappointed.
