They use to say 'due to a customer incident' or 'due to customer action' and sometimes still do. Thing is, we all know what happened, why lie about it?

I see you got a point, Wazza. NZ seems to be a safe heaven also in terms of communications. :confused: Not like secular and forthright London ...
