I suggest you take a look at Camera Canada: www.cameracanada.com (external link).
I just checked their website and I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the prizes for Extreme IV CF cards.

Gear: A bunch of Canon stuff and a bunch of old Olympus 35 mm stuff (OM-1, OM-2, etc).

I would also look at The Camera Store which ships from Alberta where there is no PST.

I won't shop at the Camera Store due to terrible service.

I have considered this place before cause their prices are pretty good but just couldn't do it since I could not find any answers if they are reputable or not.

proceed at your own risk:

I know you asked for a specific card but costco has some great prices on 4gb ultraII's

I just bought CF card off of eBay - their price was better than B&H, adorama or any Canadian retailer.

A photo I took HERE published in National GeographicTime on your hands? Then HERE'S plenty more photos to nibble on (external link):

OP, check out the chart on this guide (external link). It's handy.

According to that, ScottE, Ken, and mystixel are right: Henry's, Vistek, Camera Canada, and The Camera Store all carry this item.

I would be careful about eBay -- I don't know if they've gotten around to counterfeiting the Extreme IVs yet.
