Where is the catch? It says it is new and not a refurb? Yest its body only, but most places have it for $500+. Bad reseller? What are your thoughts?

Nah, I always research before I buy especially on deals like that ha. I went ahead and ordered it through Dell. Got the Digital Rebel XT with kit lens for $623 shipped. Not too bad. Could have saved $40 or so ordering through B&H or Amazon, will have to shop there from now on. -=sethmo - Canon EOS 50d=-

They were below .50 a few months ago. Maybe one other person finally had a 1/2 decent experience. Seriously though. I always wondered what would happen if you bought it and just stuck with the body only passing on all the accessories like batteries. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
