Finally got my 70-200F2.8L...So Happy!

Just got her today...here are some samples and 100% crops...have not had the time to play around with it that much, but I think I can live with the output...so excited!! :D

Good for you. I just got my 100-400 lens. It is going under my pillow tonight.:lol:
How did you get so close to your subjects and have them in focus? I have to be back at least 3.5 feet?

Kona - I was considering the 100-400 too...sweet lens for sure! About the distance...I was maybe 3ft away...the one shot of the cat I was even further away...

i have the lens and enjoy it, except for the weight

you'll get adjusted to it quite easily once you see what the lens is capable of

Post more shots of your cat! It's absolutely gorgeous. It's a matter of weeks before I buy this one myself (the lens, not the cat!) so I'm looking at shots taken with it daily to psych me.
