I just used Lensrentals.com for the first time and it was a fantastic experience! Roger and his crew shipped out the 24-70L the same day and it was received promptly. The lens was in absolute like new condition and worked flawlessly. There was a very minor miscommunication regarding the shipping and Roger was very prompt and attentive in resolving the issue. He went far and above to provide outstanding customer service!

I HIGHLY recommend Lensrentals.com to anyone who needs to rent a lens - you will not be disappointed! Their customer service is second to none!

Thanks, Roger! I will definitely use Lensrentals.com for my next lens rental!

I too rented from lensrentals.com it was a great experience. I called the day after he got back from Scotland asking about the procedure for having a lens be held, he missed it and called back 10 minutes later. I got both lenses about 3 days early and they worked great.

2 thumbs up for them.

The guys/gals at lensrental.com have there stuff together. These guys are friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you if needed. I Highly recommend if you have to rent to rent from them. They also are one of the only places I know that offer a insurance package if you want it. Even if you get the insurance they some of the best prices out there for renting.

I will be renting from them more in the future.

I emailed them before going on a trip last month and never heard back? I may try again if I have the need to rent.

Maybe that was an oversight on their part. I would contact them again and inquire as to what happened. Roger is very conscientious regarding customer service.

Travis,
Truly, we've never ignored an email - but I can say that at least once or twice a month someone calls after we've emailed them 4 or 5 times and we find their spam filter has trashed all of our emails. We've got an 800 number, don't hesitate to call us if you don't get a response from your email within 2 or 3 hours.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll be sure to keep that in mind next time.

been reading about the different places to rent lens from and decided to go with lensrentals for the 400 5.6L for a coming airshow.

I can tell you, I ordered the lens online, and due to complicating bank security issues and even though I have not received their lens yet, their customer service by both Erin and Roger is so freaking amazing and cool that I will never hesitate to rent from them again.

Number 1 for customer satisfaction and I am really really happy.

Thanx Roger and Erin :)

rented twice from them. First time had the lens a lil longer then i should've. Was my fault, but didn't get charged extra. Last time i just did the 3 week option and was great. BTW, i rented the 400 f/5.6l aswell. What a lens.

Yup.. same here. Rented the 24-105 & 70-300 from them. No trouble whatsoever and they respond quite fast too even way after their office hours ended.
