Great Western Sugar Co - Preserved in Sugar

I made a trip to an abandoned sugar mill a few weeks ago and just got around to looking at the pictures. These are a few that I liked. This particular mill was a manufacturing and processing plant for Great Western Sugar Co. and was opened around the turn of the century. It was closed and forgotten in the 80's.

Also, does anyone know how to preserve the EXIF data in Photoshop 7 when saving for the web?

Very nice industrial shots here. I would love to see a few of them converted to BW. Love the last shot.
