I'm planning to order a canon 17-55mm 2.8 Is. I always order everything from B&H and has been happy with there service. I was on pricegrabber the other day and saw digitalfotoclub. They had the same lens for about 40 bucks cheaper. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with from this forum.

Current: Canon 40D w/BG-E2N, Canon 30D, Canon 10-22mm, Canon 17-55mm 2.8 IS w/EW-83J, Canon 70-200mm 2.8L IS, Canon 580EX II, Crumpler 6 Million Bag, and B+W MRC on all my glass.

I am looking for a 17-55 too. Buydig, Beach Camera, and Sigma 4 less have good ratings as well from what I have seen. They are all about the same price. I only have personal experience with Beach.....got a camcorder from them and no problems. I think Sigma has a short return policy. I usually buy at B & H too. I am thinking about waiting for some rebates or codes though. Let me know if you see any better deals. Tom

Hi MeNiS. Thanks for the tip. The price did drop since I last looked. I'll have to think about Buydig. The rebates are probably a long way off.....Oct. or so.
