Should have included this one in the Damsels in Distress thread as it was from the same photo session. It's a common darter getting some solar rays. I used the on-camera flash for fill-in and it's given it an almost graphic look. Detail is good but I don't thing it's very natural at all. What do others think? Canon S3 with HDK hack and 500D close up lens.

Excellent shot- lovely colour. With all the different qualities of light you can get from both natural and flash, I'm beginning to wonder what "natural" is :)

Its a lovely detailed shot, but it certainly has given it a strange effect - but, I like it very much, even though it doesnt look entirely natural and looks as if its had a Photoshop effect applied to it.

Very pleasing to the eye.
