Was just at my local electronics store picking up some prints. They had a big Sale poster up specialing off 30Ds and 5Ds. All the 30Ds were sold out, but they had 1 5D left, so I asked the guy about them. They are expecting 2 new models next week. The 40D and 60D (Which I haven't heard any rumours about untill now.) They are not expecting a 5D replacement in the immediate future but are clearing stock. He didn't give me any specs.
I Wonder what this new 60D is? Maybe it is a 6D and he got the model wrong. Would be typical, I just bought a 5D!
Take from that what you will, but I would be very suprised if we don't get an announcement this coming week.
