A little bored... so I thought I would put the table studio to use. I like the look of the lights in the drops. :)

Thanks for looking.

LOL Well... all it is....is a DVD set at a slight angle... with the 3 cheap lights aimed at it... a few drops of water and that is all there is to it. You move the DVD/CD around to create the color spectrums you want. Just bored at the moment... thought I would play with the macro lens. :) I think they came out pretty colorful.

Glad you like them :) You can do the same with the 24-70 that you have... sprinkle some water on an old CD and move it around with a light source. A lamp would work...

Have a good night.

Thanks for the explanation.. I keep looking at it over and over again.. It's just so darn cool looking.... :) I'll have to try it when I get all caught up. :)

Hee Hee - it is fun Frank! I use dvds or cds when doing some macro to add some sparkle. Here are the examples I published on 5/30/07 http://azphoto.info/Macro/index.html (external link)
