Stunned that Canon didn't use a better plastic for the diffuser on the MT-24EX. there are notches on each side of the flash heads, almost like they planned on producing some sort of snap on diffuser for it...

I didn't like the Sto-Fen diffusers either. They stick out too far, and if you point the flash heads in I think there is some light getting back into the lens from the diffuser -might explain why I was having exposure problems at 3x and higher mag (under exposed a lot).
