Not really a self portrait, but.....anyway. This is me on the job. We have a tradition at my firehouse. If your mug get in the paper, you owe the crew ice cream. This pcture cost me about $40.00

BTW... The cat is alive...we took 18 out of the house during and after the fire

Nice image, but I don't like the fact that the color varies on your face / shoulder. (Goes from yellowish to blueish.)

Thanks Rene. The color variation is intentional of course - part of the statement about time, about looking back into the past. What you are seeing is a color to b&w gradient that I've applied to the skin. You'll notice that it happens gently right across the same line that the clouds also fade to stone.

I haven't smoked anything to make me think like that in a long time. Maybe never.
