Camera on tripod, set your lights so you have the same exposure for all the pictures.
In photoshop you'll need to stack all your pictures and make sure they are all aligned. Use a mask on all the layers and paint away, black hides, white shows.
Oh yeah, and a lot of practice. take your time and you'll get it, it's not that hard.
Well thanks to you, I had to make one of my daughter. A bit rushed, as it's breakfast time here, but instead of layers and masking, I simply cut 'n' paste each of my "daughters" using the GIMP. Took 20 minutes.
