Seriously, it was an epic battle to get inside the bun. You'd never imagine how many people want to be a hot dog. Then, I looked like a jackass because I was doing a 'self' portrait.

Thank ya, thank ya! I was surprised with how well the kit lens for the XTi nailed the focus for me. Most of the shots I took actually came out sharp!

Day 29, 1.17.10. Well I made myself a hot dog today. I used my friend Darla as a tripod, I set up the camera, she held it off to the side, I composed it and 'tried' to focus, hit the self timer, ran into the bun and covered myself just in time.

This cracks me up beyond belief! The mental image of setting everything up is just too much, haha.

This is one of my favorite threads.

I seem to only take self-portraits late at night (like 1 or 2 a.m.).
