obviously, I have a LOT to learn, guess i'm going to have to down load my manuals to learn how to properly use my 550ex and 420ex flashes

Day 80, 3.9.10, 'Night Tremors', Wasn't feeling super creative tonight, mostly just tired. I used 3 different shots for this and merged them in photoshop and changed up the opacity. I think it's creepy enough. :)

Sunlight/cloudy light from sliding glass door to camera left diffused through off-white vertical blinds (like a giant snoot), on-camera 420EX bounced off popcorn ceiling at angle. Some PP in PSE with eyes, skin smoothing (too much, I think) and spot removal, and reduction of hot spots.

C&C and go easy.

What I was going for in this picture was opening up a treasure chest and finding something magical.

Basically how I did this was I sprayed water above the box and then dropped the bottle really quick and then had my sister take the shot.

Strobist:
Quantaray PZ-1 inside the box, gelled yellow, 1/8 power.
