On another forum I go to regularly there was a fitness challenge and ppl posting their "before and after" pictures.
As I need to get back in shape I decided to jump in on it. Starting Judo again this summer and may start competing again.

Most recent one of me.

Heres me with my dislocated shoulder, fractured clavicle and torn rotator cuff. All happend with one small fall on the slopes second day of vacation.
