I will get better results next race. Don't take that comment wrong... I like what you were doing just that first one didnt deserve to be there with your other greta pics. Certainly the 500 is right at the limit HH shooting and 125 keep rate would obviously be less - Rock on! Rob

I don't like mine being fixed and it can't support anymore more then the 70-200, which is fine for right now. I just use the monopod propped onto my arm, acting like another support arm instead of it extended out on the ground. I've had pretty good results doing that way. Looks kinda funny, but it definately takes the load off and feels very stable. Was doing that the whole time out there, and didn't get worn out a bit. Camera Gear
