Thanks a lot Hatch The Dragonflies were shot with my 100-400 with attached 1.4x TC , and the others with just the 100-400 I am very pleased with this lens set up especially using the 1D.... It auto focuses quickly, accurately, and the lens is plenty sharp.. I'm glad you liked these pal... I appreciate the nice comment... Take care

Nice shots Alex. The second-to-last one is a butterfly, and a very cool one at that. I would crop the distracting flower thing on the left side of the frame, though.
