I have seen this one before but couldn't capture it, very fast and doesn't stay one place but a few seconds. Anyone know what it is?

1/400s, f11, iso400, 300mm, manual focus, handheld

They really do look alike (yours are done better). I have one to post now that shows 2 of them, I can only guess what they are doing. They didn't seem to mind the invasion of privacy!! :o
