Fly Waterdrop

Hello all,

Getting used to my new Macro filter for my G7, and took this.

The Fly appears to be holding itself on the skin of the waterdrop. I am unsure of the ID of the fly, but it was a very small thing.

Wow...what a great shot!! With even a bit of a refraction. Incredible timing to get the fly resting on it like that!! Wonderfully done!

Wonderful capture- almost looks like goldfish in the refraction :)
The fly is a signal fly Sepsidae - probably Sepsis fulgens.
