Most of my gear lives in here full time but I've had troubles with airplanes & weight to carry on. Have since picked up an X100 as well to carry slightly less.

This is from a recent trip overseas. managed to fit 2 bodies and 4 lens and a bunch of other stuff. And it has an internal pouch for a laptop (no bigger than a netbook or tablet in reality). The Domke is my deployment/roughing it bag. A lot more rugged than the Crumplers...well maybe. My Crumplers are my "nice" bags I take to events and weddings so they need to remain presentable.
