Sure here you go. This is from a recent trip overseas. managed to fit 2 bodies and 4 lens and a bunch of other stuff. And it has an internal pouch for a laptop (no bigger than a netbook or tablet in reality). No room for the 70-200 in that configuration but would fit ok if I moved around a bit. All up it weighed about 10kg.

Is anyone using the Lowepro Pro Roller Lite 250? I interested in getting it. Especially since it comes with and all-weather cover. It rains a large part of the year where I am.

Anyone here know if a 5D3 with a grip will fit in the Lowepro Flipside 300 ? I think I will have to get a new backpack soon ..:(
