Sure here you go. This is from a recent trip overseas. managed to fit 2 bodies and 4 lens and a bunch of other stuff. And it has an internal pouch for a laptop (no bigger than a netbook or tablet in reality). No room for the 70-200 in that configuration but would fit ok if I moved around a bit. All up it weighed about 10kg.

thanks, i dont have that much gear, so i should be fine with the X100.

yes it will fit though the bag will budge a little.
