meg, is that "cinch" buckle really useful? That's kind of the make/break deal for me getting a snoop. Looks like it would be extremely comfortable and easy to carry because of that.

Here is my camera bag..... how I carry it around. Monkeys and all

IMAGE: http://howesitlook.com/potn/IMG_5271.JPG
I do get funny looks sometimes, but that's ok by me.

Black box thingy with lots of buttons and a round tube sticking out with some glass on the ends and it keeps making this "click" sound over and over and over and over and over.

I think you're asking about the quick release cam, and if so it's great. When I got my first Timbuk2 I didn't use it, but eventually learned it makes the bag much easier to carry. I'm short enough I don't need to undo it to put the bag on, but it's great for a comfort adjustment depending on how full (or not) the bag is.

Hi,

Is there a bag cheaper than the think tank streetwalker hd? Am after a back pack with the same size that can hold a 15" laptop but if it can't, its okay..

Saw the fastpack 350 but dont really like the design of only the lower part for the camera equipment. I would like the whole back pack to be for camera equipment.

Also looked at the pro runner 350.. Do you guys have any other suggestions? I mainly shop online as there are no camera shops nearby.. :(

Great comment.

Awesome. When I get the Snoop, I may have to get rid of my TT Retro 30.

Tamrac Rally 4 for street and tripping around NYC. Holds either 40D/550D + Tamron 17-50 + an extra lens and other nonsense I'd rather not pocket. Very slim, light, and doesn't attract attention.

Can this fit a gripped body with no bulges?

I almost went with that bag for a secondary bag, but was put off by the buckle mechanism. I'd rather have velcro or a zipper to get quick access & easy closure.

I didn't even think about that til you pointed it out. xD

Still looking for a perfect bag to fit my gripped bodies. I like my Flipside 300 it just sticks out a bit and I can't fit no other lenses in it if I have my 16-35 mounted with the hood on ..the hood is just huge!
