I decided on getting FStop Loka but the ICUs are 'out of stock'.
So any suggestions for a general purpose bag that filts 5DM3+24-70 2.8+70-200 2.8+Fesiol 3441S tripod setup.
What I mean by General Purpose bags is that a pair of clothes, some eatables and Water bottle storage (sides).
My budget on this is around 120$ as I am definitely looking for FStop gear soon (maybe 6 months)

Thanks
Hari

Bag also carries T3 unless strapped, outside pockets also have misc chargers, flashes ringed and hot shoe type, cords, adapters, side attached mono-pod. So far bag and I have made several trips in the field and it seems to be AOK to me. It could have been made a tad bit taller and I would say it was perfect.

Which ICU were you looking to get?

BTW, I use a Lowepro Fastpack 250 that will hold the 5D3 w/70-200mm f/2.8 IS 2 mounted, a 16-35L, 40mm pancake (fits anywhere), and various other smaller things in the bottom half, then a Gitzo Mountaineer GK1580TQR5 with a RRS BH-30LR head hooked into the flap. Not sure how big your tripod is, but that price is close. I wish they had a better way to mount the tripod, but the bag works well. I also liked the Tamrac Adventure 9, but it's a bit more expensive. Below is the bottom compartment of the FP250:

My new bag I received today, Lowepro flipside sport 20L aw (sorry about the poor pic quality, was taken with my cell phone as I wanted to keep the camera in the bag)

In the bag is a Gripped 60D w/ 70-200 F4 IS, 17-55 w/ hood reversed, 10-22, 430ex II, and in the small side compartment is the lens hood for the 10-22.

In case anyone is interested here is a few shots showing the size difference between the 10L and 20L,

Were you able to fit the 70-200 w/ hood reversed in the Sport 10L? What was your typical layout in it? I have a Flipside 400 AW, but am looking for something smaller / lighter and not so sweaty on my back for when I don't need everything.

With the lens hood reversed yes the 70-200 did fit. With the kit 18-55 I could also fit a 430ex II in there but, with the 17-55 it has to be laid down the the hood reversed so it couldn't fit a flash. That was one of the main reason I went to the 20L. Tonight ill post some pics of the 10L and what it can hold.

Haha that is such a minimalistic and kick ass photo... you should do product shots, you could sell anything with photos like that one.
