Domke F-802 with 720-230 insert will take all that, including allowing the camera to be mounted on the 70-200.

Mine fits in just fine - 20D and 70-200 f/2.8 IS vertical in one end of the 720-230, 5D and 24-70 in the other end of the same insert, Sigma 15-30 in the middle compartment and the 580EX in the empty space at the end. Sure yours isn't the (not as deep) F-803 Camera Satchel?

6MDH will fit that, just not 70-200 attached and same with the Slingshot 200AW. 7MDH will do with the 70-200 attached. I just sold my Slingshot.
