I have a Tamron 90mm f2.8 macro and a 2x tele converter.

What else could i add to achieve some of those super macro shots i see in here.
The bugs eyes etc.

They seem way more magnified than my equipment is capable of..

start with a set of kenko tubes..then if u want u can add a 50mm reversed on to your 100mm..but starting with set of kenko tubes with inscrese your mg by 1..so your be shooting at 2:1 instead of 1:1

the defuser is made fomr 2 L coke bottle which i cut the bit where the spout is so its snug against the flash...i then covered it all in maskin tape to make it light tight and to finshe it off cover the end with 1 sheet of kitchen paper towl

The top sticky thread is dedicated to photos of macro rigs, You might get some inspiration from some of the photos there.
