In my search for the Mark IIn I talked to someone who offered me one for $1900. They have 100% feedback & I'd pay through PayPal. Sounds amazing, the body is $4k @ the local Wolf, what do you guys think?

They were going used from $2200 to $2500 on the boards here. So the price isn't too far off. It all started as a hobby with a Rebel XT & KIT lens. $5K worth of equipment & $0 of income later, all I have to show for it is a harddrive full of pictures and priceless memories!! Yeah it's still worth it

Sep 04, 2007 15:49 | #8 One option is to use a credit card as the funding for the paypal purchase. Then, if it is a scam and Paypal doesn't help you out, your CC company will. I always use a CC for funding for any purchase over $20 for that protection. I've had an instance where Paypal would not refund me for a fraudulent purchase but my CC did with no problem. John
