From the narrow window the magnificent highrise buildings of Bangkok offer intersting views for the casual traveller.

Olli, I think this is a very well composed, dramatic shot. It looks great in black and white, I'd like to see it with the contrast bumped a bit though. Man, you really have wanderlust, I wonder where your next photo will be from :)

Pio, thanks for noticing about the contrast, the version was not not what I liked. Now the new version is more what I tought is should be. - What about Madrid next week ...:lol:

Nice shot Olli! I like how you still have some detail in the room. Good job!

Olli - I would have liked it more without the clutter on the table and perhaps just one chair (without the jacket)... Loved Thailand when I was there, the people are very friendly :)

Cheers Ed! I needed to create two layers and increase the interior brightness a lot.

Good point, DL. I did smoothen (surface blur) the things on the table (and the table and chairs as well). The result was maybe not the best for every eye ...:D

Cheers Will. No I haven't been on top of the grand Millenium Hilton, but I do have a poor ground (river) level picture of that (see the 2nd, 4th and 5th picture in >this ancient thread< ;), and to promote Bangkok a bit more, a rooftop picture from that city is in >this even older thread< ;);)).
