I've uploaded a small selection of the 1,000+ photos I took yesterday at Knockhill here:

1. Porsche running a bit rich on startup, after stalling during a spin.

2. Harvey coming out of the hairpin.

3. Chilton hitting the tyre wall on Saturday - note the tyre heading towards the Pro photographers!

4. Chilton reflecting on what he had just done!

5. Formula BMW up on two wheels after a coming together at the hairpin. This one's not that sharp, as I had just arrived and was playing with the settings when I heard the collision, lifted the camera and started clicking ;)

6. Turkington about to be passed by Shedden (I was too close to get the whole car using my 70-200)

7. Porsche Carrera Cup car leaving the gravel after a spin at the hairpin.

I've not had time to do any PP on these, other than a global contrast/saturation quick-fix, and I'm hoping to sort out the underexposure (typical Canon 400D!) later.

I know some of the pan shots aren't super sharp, but I'm hoping to get better with practice.

John

Nice shot of the flaming porker. Bet you get crackling with that...

Nice bright pictures with spot on focusing, with a wee bit of variation added for good measure. Yes seven top shots.

Thanks :D
I've uploaded a few more now, including the Shedden/Turner incident sequence in race 1 and a few more Carrera Cup shots.
