Problem with updates for Vista

Hi there,
I have a 20D and use Vista as my OS.
I tried to download the SOftware updates from the canon download side but I doesn't work.
What's the problem?

What doesn't work? The download? the install process? ANd could you be a little more specific about how it doesn't work?

As Jon says, a bit more info would be useful, but it may be a pop-up window being blocked by IE7.
IE7 and/or Vista also trys to stop files being downloaded (useful :rolleyes so a little banner may appear at the top of the browser window prompting you to allow the download.

I staryed downloading from the US side and the Exe. file did not open (It was following the link and than Froze).
But I found a solution.
I uninstalled all canon programs and reinstalled via the Europe canon side.
Now everything works fine.
