Another re-shoot on the waterfront in Trieste, much more interesting sky this time.

I like the reflection on the water. Looks like fire. As for the building itself...it doesn't really do anything for me. Sorry.

I need a catchy sig? Ehhh, I've got nothing...

I think the highlights were well controlled. I like the dramatic sky, the smoke emanating from the building seems to punch a hole in the sky. The reflections look like flames from candle wicks, very interesting. There is a slight tilt though.

thanks for commenting Charger....Pio these are the elements that caught my eye, the tilt is actually the angle of shot, the building appears to be tilted but the horizon is straight as is the top of the building....I probably should have shot it directly from the side by going out onto the pier, another time perhaps. Funny thing I find the building interesting, but then I do like some weird things :).

Interesting Roger.
The horizon at the extreme right looks slightly tilted to the left?
I hate it when the perspective angle makes you question your own eyesight. I have some shots like this too.
I like the shot too but as the old saying goes. Only you have to like it to be a great shot

Peter in looking again you could be right, it is one of those shots that's hard to judge, I'll have a fiddle....
