I had a bad today. Besides being busy as hell at work today, some P.O.S. tried to rip my Fedora off my head on the way home from work. Thankfully I heard somebody running up behind me, and I saw his hand going for my hat, so I was able to grab it back from him, when he ripped it off my head. He never slowed down, after I grabbed it back, he just kept running. At first I thought he was going after my leather bag that I carry, but the strap was over my head, and he would never have been able to get it away from me.

Now, I'm just in a bad mood, and pissed off. I should have called the cops, but in this city, unless it can get somebody's picture in the paper, you can't get a cop to show up even if you have a box of donuts and a jug of coffee ;-)a

Wow, that must have been a pretty nice fedora you had on for someone to make a running grab for it. I'm glad you were able to snatch it back. Too bad nobody tripped the jerk as he was running away.
