Been told they will be delivered this afternoon. Enough for everyone apparently. :D

I know it's only true when I have it in my hands.

It is more like Park Cameras, they have a branch at Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill

heh had my 40D for over a week now and cost me £750-00 with bag, spare battery and loads of other goodies, I would prob never buy another camera item in UK again, unless it is seriously reduced for some reason/


Photographic Images on Brett Butler (external link) px500 (external link) & Flickr (external link) Some Canon Bodies , few blackish lenses, A dam heavy black one, couple dirty white ones, a 3 legged walking stick, a mono walking stick, and a bag full of rubbish :oops:

^ Park Cameras - that's where I bought mine from as well. Should be here tomorrow or Friday.

Also, Digital Rev have just got stock in, as do all the other HK sellers.

There are quite a few retailers in the UK with stock actually. Just in time for my holiday :)

I got mine from Digital Rev for £710. Like Mad I probaly won;t buy anything in the UK again, looking to oreder 300 F2.8 IS from DIGital rev in the next weke or so. Again rip off britian.

The good news is the 40D is a major advance from my 400d. So every one enjoy :-)

they can't do but they offer a warranty served by their local agents in UK. You will have to pay import duty/VAT to the postman unless you are very lucky. They may inc an invoice undervaluing the camera which will reduce VAT.
