I got it also even though i dont use it a lot. I just like the way it can give that hard gritty edge to a B&W. I only use it lightly though.

Just made it home in time for sunset. 18 vertical shot and each shot bracketed with 7 exposures. I used a wired remote, tri-POD (DUH!), and mirror lock up. 155 total shot merged, tone mapped then stitched and cropped down.

Settings iso 100 f8 focus to infinity. Shot with the 1d3.

My deck is in the lower right of the shot. That's where I also have done some startrails from.

you could use dynamic photo HDR...i find it easier to use than photomatix...and the trial version only puts a tiny logo in the very bottom corner...
